Get Your Butt Back

Well it's sunny and looks gorgeous outside, but it's still COLD! What a great incentive to keep on burning up those calories and tightening those buns and thighs and flattening those abs with the 3 Day Melt workouts - all snug indoors! So I'm visiting my sister and she says, "You have mom's behind." WHAT?! Time to seriously ramp up the buns and thighs workout and get mine back!!!
