You know what else I want this year? Let me just be frank: A tight butt. The 3 Day Melt DVDs involve really great well-rounded workouts - and that includes the behind. Those lunges and squats are so good for the buns and thighs. I think I'm going to focus for a while on the Sizzlin' Buns and Legs video to really give my posterior a boost!

I love Jimmy J's success story. He shares the analogy that you can't shoot a cannon from a canoe. I had to think about this one for a minute. He's saying that focusing on strong legs or muscular arms doesn't amount to anything if you have a flabby, weak core. Strengthen you body from the inside out and you'll have lasting, meaningful results. A strong core is key to a strong body.
