i'm curious what the average length of time is for ramping up one's endurance. is it just too varied to be a meaningful number? or is there some formula that applies to most people? i wonder. there's a distinctly different endurance requirement for each workout in the Melt It Off with Mitch series. anyone can lunge and squat their way through the 10 minute primer. but there just is no way to fake your way all the way through an hour-long aerobic workout, now is there? the High Calorie Melt™ Workout is one such workout that will burn calories, and singe your pride if you're not up to snuff. tell me, tell me - what's your favorite workout in the Melt It Off with Mitch series of videos. the 3 Day Melt Kickstart is so encouraging, right? who doesn't like to see results right away?! but how about the Sizzlin' Abs workout or the High Calorie Melt workout - ass-kickin' exercising there. i've never worked so hard, i don't think.
