so today is what, the 11th. i'm wondering if i should kick the workout into high gear in anticipation of holiday nibbling. 2 more weeks of increasing temptation with sweets trays and holiday potlucks and the like. burn off a few extra calories now in hopes of staving off the inevitable couple of stocking stuffer pounds that accompany this time of year. the 3 day melt might just do the trick.

it is true that mitch's 3-day melt program burns massive amounts of calories and really kicks your butt. that's a great thing. that's the whole point. but the thing that keeps me going back to it has got to be the underlying message about doing something for myself.
