Gimme a Tight Butt

You know what else I want this year? Let me just be frank: A tight butt. The 3 Day Melt DVDs involve really great well-rounded workouts - and that includes the behind. Those lunges and squats are so good for the buns and thighs. I think I'm going to focus for a while on the Sizzlin' Buns and Legs video to really give my posterior a boost!
