Conditioning for Snow Sports with Melt it Off

You know what else all those lunges and squats in the Melt it Off workouts are great for? Conditioning your body for snow sports. Wow. they really give your ski and snowboard muscles a boost so you're ready to rocket down the mountain without a boatload of sore muscles afterward! Remember that. The weight loss and great-looking body is wonderful. But the overall fitness and strength that these workouts provide is a prolonged benefit that really pays off in other areas of life.

  2. I've read that cold weather can cause the body to hold onto excess body fat! i'm a big cold weather sports guy, so i take ventilean to try and compensate for the metabolic-slowing caused by cold-weather exposure.
