Intensifying the workout always means sore muscles for me. But, there's no gain without pushing the limits a bit. The sore muscles have subsided and now I'm hoping to see some results. Must bust the butt and thighs back into shape! I don't know of a better way than with Mitch's Sizzlin' Buns & Legs workout video to really firm up the butt and tone the thighs.
