do you realize how effective the 3-day melt program is? when you sequence together the workouts in the order they tell you, the exercises create a workout that burns up to 1000 calories in one massive pop. well, maybe not in one chunk, but burns them all the same. that's more than half the calories i consume in a day. it's no wonder that the melt it off with mitch workouts help people lose so much weight so quickly.
