If you haven't worn yourself out by the time you're done with one of Mitch's workouts, you'll find that your body is nice and warmed up and ready for anything after doing the Melt It Off routine. I seem to have a habit of straining some muscle or another when I'm hiking. Doing Mitch's program first thing in the am. warms up my muslces (in addition to working them!) and ups my energy.
