it's the season for the Cardio Burn & Sculpt Workout. summer may not last forever, but it pays to keep up the melt it off workout. it takes just the 3 day melt to start seeing results, but you've got to keep up the exercising if you're going to keep progressing and seeing the changes you want to see in your body. just think - the heat is probably helping to accelerate your weight loss!
