Ultimate Core

i'm curious to know if anyone has used the Ultimate Core video that's part of the 3-Day melt program. it says it's based on how our core moves in everyday living. that sounds really smart. strengthening your core muscles sure will give you a 6-pack if you're super focused on it, but also just makes sense for good health and a toned body.

Sculpting the 6-Pack

how are you doing with your muscle tone? Mitch's exercise techniques really can help you achieve those sculpted, gorgeous, rock hard abs - Joe's 6-pack, if you will - the G-Ball really kicks the whole workout into high gear. i love how it is sculpting my abs - both upper and lower abs, and even the sides, all in one core workout.

3 Day Melt

so today is what, the 11th. i'm wondering if i should kick the workout into high gear in anticipation of holiday nibbling. 2 more weeks of increasing temptation with sweets trays and holiday potlucks and the like. burn off a few extra calories now in hopes of staving off the inevitable couple of stocking stuffer pounds that accompany this time of year. the 3 day melt might just do the trick.
